Welcome to LearnBook

LearnBook is an AI study platform for knowledge acquisition and mastery. Turn books, PDFs, web pages, videos, and notes into an interactive learning system with contextual reading, source-grounded AI tutoring, flashcards, quizzes, spaced-repetition review, and course generation.

Creating Your Account

1. Sign up: Visit the signup page and create your account using your email or sign in with Google.
2. Choose a plan: Select the Free or Pro plan that matches your study workload, credits, and workflow limits.
3. Verify your email: Open the verification message sent to your inbox so account recovery and notifications work reliably.
4. Complete your profile: Add your name and review your account preferences in settings.

Using LearnBook: The Basics

Method 1: Web Interface

1. Log in: Open LearnBook and sign in to your account.
2. Open a study tool: Choose the library, interactive reader, AI tutor, review page, or course builder based on what you want to learn.
3. Import your material: Upload a PDF or book, paste a web page or video link, or start from notes or a topic.
4. Ask and learn: Question any passage, generate summaries and explanations, and convert important ideas into flashcards or quizzes.
5. Review and retain: Follow your spaced-repetition schedule, track mastery, and revisit weak spots until the material sticks.

Method 2: Browser Extension

1. Install the extension: Install the LearnBook extension from the Chrome Web Store or your account dashboard when it is available for your plan.
2. Sign in: Open the extension on a web page and sign in with your LearnBook account.
3. Select source text: Highlight a passage you want to save, explain, translate, or review.
4. Send it to LearnBook: Use the LearnBook browser action to move the selection into your learning workflow.

Try one of these study prompts after importing material:

• Explain this chapter’s main argument in plain language, with citations.
• Generate 10 flashcards from this PDF’s key concepts.
• Quiz me on chapter 3 and show where I’m weak.
• Summarize this lecture video and link each point to its timestamp.
• Build a course outline from these notes on cellular respiration.
